PAY: $1,000 TO $1,500 USD PER MONTH DEPENDING ON SKILL AND EXPERIENCE + PERFORMANCE BONUS

ABOUT US
We are a lawn care and snow removal company in Denver, Colorado, USA.
We cut grass, fertilize lawns, pull weeds, and clear snow for busy homeowners and landlords.
We are a faith based, values driven company. We care about honesty, respect, and doing a good job.
We already have one tea ---------- mber in the Philippines and now want to add a Customer Service Team Lead / Office Coordinator to help us organize our growing workload.

YOUR JOB
You will work from home in the Philippines and help our US office manager and the owner.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Do normal customer service and inside sales work (calls, texts, emails)
• Help organize and assign tasks to the rest of the remote team
• Make sure quotes go out on time and follow ups are done
• Work with the owner and US office manager to improve scripts, templates, and processes

DAILY TASKS
• Reply to customer messages by text, email, and phone
• Call or text new leads and explain our services
• Send quotes using our templates and pricing
• Follow up on open quotes and try to close the sale
• Call existing customers about pre pay offers and upsells
• Help with simple customer service like schedule changes, payment issues, and FAQs
• Help keep track of who is doing which tasks in the office team
• Write clear notes about each customer in our system
You will still be hands on doing calls, texts, and emails, but also help us keep the small team organized and improving.

REQUIREMENTS
• Very good English speaking and writing
• 2+ years in customer service call center or inside sales
• Experience as a senior CSR team lead QA SME or office coordinator is a big plus
• Comfortable giving feedback to other reps and helping train new hires
• Happy to talk to American customers on the phone
• Can work US hours and some weekends in Denver time
• Quiet place to work at home
• Fast stable internet computer and good headset
• Can work full time long term not just part time
• Experience in lawn care landscaping or other home services is a plus but not required

WHAT YOU GET
• Full time 40 hours per week
• Pay $1,000 to $1,500 USD per month depending on experience
• 60 day trial period with training and coaching
• Clear targets and bonus potential if you perform well
• Chance to grow into a long term lead or coordinator role as the team grows
• Work closely with the owner and US office manager not a big call center
