Marketing VA (Creative + Campaign Execution)

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Marketing VA to execute and manage campaigns across email, social, and client-facing assets. We are a premium youth soccer brand offering camps & other soccer programs in the US.

This is not a strategy role — your job is to produce high-quality, ready-to-launch marketing assets with minimal revisions.

Speed, consistency, and attention to detail are critical.

You will use our systems to share & launch these assets.

1. Campaign Asset Creation (Primary Focus)
You will create complete campaign sets including:


Email graphics (internal + client-facing)
Social media posts (Instagram, Facebook)
Website banners (specific dimensions provided)
Flyers for partners / coaches

2. Email Marketing Execution

Build and format emails (Klaviyo / Mailchimp / similar)
Write subject lines + preview text
Ensure mobile optimization
Schedule campaigns

3. Social Media Posting

Schedule posts across platforms
Maintain visual consistency
Align posts with campaign timelines
