DM Appointment Setter - Fitness Business - Instagram

We’re a fast-growing Online Fitness coaching company that helps motivated individuals lose fat, build muscle and improve their health. Our mission is to empower busy professionals with the tools and strategies they need to get in shape and stay in shape for life!

We’re looking for an Appointment Setter to join our remote team and help us book calls with warm leads from our growing pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with potential clients via Instagram DMs, SMS, GoHighLevel, Email and other social media.
- Book discovery and strategy calls for our sales team.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure high call attendance.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications

- Experience DM appointment setting in a Fitness Business using Instagram & Meta Business Suite.
- Perfect written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in DM appointment setting, lead generation, or sales.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not required).
- Experience appointment setting using Instagram
- Interest or experience in Fitness.

Work Schedule

Flexible hours with availability to work during New Zealand (NZDT) & Australia (AEDT) or United Kingdom (UK) business hours.
Part-time or full-time depending on your availability and performance.
