YouTube Video Editor

Hi!

I run multiple faceless YouTube channels and we're looking for two skilled, long-term video editors to join our team and help us scale production.

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be editing long-form YouTube videos (typically 10–20 minutes) in various different niches.

- Cutting and pacing edits to match voiceover narration
- Sourcing and layering relevant B-roll, stock footage, and archival clips
- Adding motion graphics, text overlays, and lower thirds
- Color grading and audio mixing for a polished, professional finish
- Adding subtle sound design and background music to build tension and engagement
- Creating hook-driven intros that maximize viewer retention

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience editing long-form YouTube content (I will ask to see some of your best work)
- Strong grasp of retention-focused editing — you understand why the first 30 seconds matter
- Familiarity with faceless-style channels
- Able to meet deadlines consistently and take direction from revision notes
