JOB OVERVIEW

Primary Goal: Identify, attract, and qualify potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline.

Core Functions:
Prospecting & Research: Identify high-potential prospects through market analysis and databases to build targeted lists.
Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact via cold calling, personalized emailing, and social media outreach.
Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Evaluate and score leads to determine purchasing intent and readiness for sales handoff.
Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and analyze metrics like conversion rates and cost per lead.

Required Skills:
Sales acumen and familiarity with prospecting techniques.
Proficiency in market research and search engines.
Goal-oriented mindset to meet or exceed lead quotas.
Tools Used: ---------- , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and various CRM tools
