** QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper (Experienced Only) **
U.S.-based bookkeeping firm seeking a skilled, detail-oriented bookkeeper with real hands-on experience.

This is not an entry-level or AP/AR-only role. You must understand full-cycle bookkeeping.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Categorize and review transactions in QuickBooks Online
- Perform bank & credit card reconciliations
- Identify and fix errors, duplicates, and misclassifications
- Maintain clean, accurate books
- Assist with basic AP/AR when needed
- Generate P&L and Balance Sheet reports
- Track your work and follow internal processes

REQUIREMENTS
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
- Can independently reconcile accounts and clean up books
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- High attention to detail (accuracy is critical)
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow systems
- Able to work with some U.S. time overlap

NOT A FIT IF YOU...
