This role is best suited to candidates with proven experience in IT, networking, or Wi-Fi sales.
Position Purpose
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across Your Wi-Fi Shop's portfolio of Wi-Fi design and troubleshooting tools, along with our professional Wi-Fi services. This is a fully remote role, owning the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to commercial close and ongoing account development. You'll work closely with internal project managers, design engineers, and Wi-Fi specialists to deliver high-value outcomes to customers and partners worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and revenue
- Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the Wi-Fi tools and services portfolio.
- Manage the full sales cycle remotely, including prospecting, discovery, solution scoping, quoting, negotiation, and close.
- Develop and execute account plans for key customers, resellers, and strategic partners.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast within the CRM, providing regular reporting to leadership.
- Product and solution expertise
- Build and maintain deep product knowledge across Ekahau (Pro, Sidekick, Connect) and Sidos (Wave, Cloud, Mobile App) solutions.
- Represent the full services catalogue with confidence, including Wi-Fi design services, Wi-Fi validation, AP-on-a-stick surveys, remote engineering engagements, and onsite professional services.
- Stay current on Wi-Fi industry trends including Wi-Fi 6, 6E, 7, IoT, and location-based services.
Channel and partner management
- Develop and grow relationships with resellers, systems integrators, managed service providers, and consultants.
- Partner with global service organisations and international customers to deliver services at scale.
- Run partner enablement activities including briefings, demos, and joint customer engagements, both virtually and in person when required.
Internal collaboration
- Work closely with project managers, internal design engineers, and Wi-Fi experts to scope and quote services accurately.
- Partner with marketing on campaigns, events, content, and lead generation activities.
- Feed customer and market intelligence back to the business to inform product, service, and vendor strategy.
Customer engagement
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for customers and partners throughout the sales cycle.
- Host virtual meetings, demos, and workshops as the default, and attend key customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and vendor activities in person when needed.
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business, referrals, and strategic opportunities.

- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across tools and services.

Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum three to five years of B2B sales experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or wireless technologies.
- Proven ability to perform in a remote or distributed sales environment, with strong self-discipline and time management.
- Demonstrated success managing a sales pipeline and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Strong commercial acumen, including quoting, negotiation, and deal structuring.
- Ability to engage both technical stakeholders (network engineers, architects, IT managers) and commercial stakeholders (procurement, IT directors, business owners).
- Confident communicator across written, verbal, video, and presentation channels.
- Proficient with CRM platforms, video conferencing, and standard sales productivity tools.
- A suitable home office setup with reliable internet and a professional environment for video meetings.
Desirable
- Hands-on experience with Ekahau or Sidos tools.
- Previous experience in a distribution, vendor, reseller, or systems integrator environment.
- Working knowledge of enterprise Wi-Fi design, site surveys, and wireless troubleshooting methodologies.
- Existing relationships within the networking channel.
- Experience selling professional services alongside product.
- Relevant Wi-Fi or networking certifications (CWNA, CWDP, Ekahau ECSE, or equivalent).

Working Conditions
- Fully remote role based in the Philippines
