Google Analytics Automation Specialist (One-Time Setup + Ongoing Support)

Overview
We are a U.S.-based company that manages websites for about 55 clients. We are looking for a Google Analytics specialist to help us transition from a manual reporting process to a fully automated system.

This is a one-time setup project with the opportunity for occasional ongoing support as needed.

Project Goal
Build a reliable, automated reporting system that generates and sends quarterly Google Analytics reports to our clients without manual intervention.

What You Will Be Doing
• Audit our current Google Analytics setup (GA4)
• Design and implement an automated reporting workflow
• Create clean, client-friendly report templates (visual and easy to understand)
• Set up automated delivery (email or dashboard-based) on a quarterly schedule
• Ensure reports pull accurate, consistent data across all client properties
• Configure segmentation or custom views if needed (per client)
• Document the system so it can run independently

Technical Requirements
You should have strong experience with:
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Google Looker Studio (preferred) or similar reporting tools
• Data connectors (Google Analytics, Google Sheets, APIs, etc.)
• Automated scheduling and report delivery systems
• Data visualization best practices

Bonus if you have experience with:
• Multi-client reporting environments
• White-label or client-facing dashboards
• Basic scripting or automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)

What We’re Looking For
• Someone who can build this once and build it right
• Strong attention to detail (data accuracy is critical)
• Ability to simplify complex data into clear, usable reports
• Clear communicator who can explain the setup and handoff

Ongoing Work (Optional)
• Occasional updates or maintenance
• Troubleshooting if reporting issues arise
• Future enhancements as needed
