Shortform Video Editor (TikTok / Reels)

We are a fast-growing social media management agency looking for a talented Shortform Video Editor to join our remote team.

You will be editing around 3-4x unique videos a day splitted onto multiple accounts (21 accounts in total) which will result in 63-84+ short-form videos per day (TikTok & Instagram Reels) using CapCut. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that requires precision, consistency, and attention to detail.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Edit 63-84+ videos daily (4x per day × 21 accounts; Instagram Reels may be added)
- Apply retention-optimized cuts with a hook every ~3 seconds
- Maintain natural skin tones, whiten teeth, and optimize audio levels
- Cut engaging hooks and captions that stop the scroll and drive retention
- Correctly apply provided sounds, effects, and overlays per brief
- Work with German-language content - you are responsible for translations and must proactively ask when unclear
- Implement feedback precisely and deliver on time every day

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in shortform video editing (TikTok/Reels) - MANDATORY
- Expert-level CapCut skills
- Strong understanding of retention-based cutting (pacing, hooks, keeping viewers engaged)
- Reliable internet, own device, and ability to meet daily deadlines
- Detail-oriented and able to handle high volume without quality drops
- Good communication - flag issues early, not after the deadline

NOTE: We evaluate quality, speed, and ability to follow instructions.
