AI Video Specialist (Ultra-Realistic Human Clone Videos – High Quality Only)

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Video Specialist who can create ultra-realistic AI clone videos that are indistinguishable from real footage.

This is not a basic editing role — we are specifically looking for someone who understands advanced AI tools and can produce high-end, photorealistic results.

The Role
You will be provided with:
-A fully recorded video (real person speaking to camera)
-The original voice + script (already recorded)
-Clear direction on: Outfit changes, Background setting

Your job is to:
1) Take the original video
2) Create a clone of the same person Keep: The exact same face, The exact same voice, The exact same speech + timing
But change: The outfit, The environment (podcast-style studio setting) Important: Quality Standard

We are not looking for obvious AI content.
The final result must:
-Look 100% realistic (not animated or artificial)
-Have perfect lip sync with the voice
-Maintain natural facial movement
-Be high-definition (HD quality)
-Look like it was filmed in a real podcast studio

If the video looks like AI, it will not be accepted.

Tools & Experience
We have already tested tools like HeyGen, and while results were close, they were not realistic enough.

Main issues we experienced:
-Mouth/lip sync was off
-Facial movement looked unnatural
-Overall output still looked like AI

Because of this, we are looking for someone who knows better tools or advanced workflows. Can recommend what tools they use and has proven experience creating realistic AI clones.

What You Must Provide When Applying
To be considered, you MUST include:
-Examples of AI clone videos you have created
-Side-by-side or clear examples showing:
-Original vs AI version
-A short explanation of: What tools you use, Your workflow

Applications without examples will not be considered.

Workload
10–15 videos per month / Around 2–3 videos per week

For all videos:
The same podcast-style background can be reused
Outfit changes required: Every 3–4 videos (We will provide full direction for outfits)

Workflow
-We send you the original video
-You create the AI cloned version
-You send back for approval
-Once approved, workflow becomes ongoing

This is a long-term role for the right person.
