Olivia’s Cleaning Services is looking for a dependable Assistant Admin Virtual Assistant (AVA) with experience in inbound and outbound calls to support our growing cleaning business. This role will start part-time, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position in the future based on performance and business needs.
Work Schedule (Central Time – CST)
Monday to Friday
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST
5 hours per day (part-time to start)
Some days may require extending the shift by a couple of hours, so flexibility is a plus
Potential to transition to full-time hours over time
Experience working with a US Cleaning company is a PLUS
Compensation
$5/hour during a 2-3 week probation period
$6/hour after successful probation
Rate and hours will increase with performance and tenure
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Follow up with leads and potential clients
Schedule appointments and update customer records
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Experience working in a cleaning business is a plus, but not required.
Experience in customer service, cold calling, and lead generation
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Reliable internet connection and quiet work setup
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
