GoHighLevel Expert — Reputation Management Agency Setup & Automation

I run a reputation management agency helping local US businesses get more Google reviews and improve their online rating using automated systems. I am looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist who can set up and manage client accounts from start to finish with minimal supervision.

This is a technical operations role. Your job is to build and maintain GoHighLevel systems for each client we sign. When a new client joins I will send you their business details and you will handle everything inside GoHighLevel from that point forward. I do not need to be involved in the technical setup — I need someone who can work independently and get systems live quickly.

Here is exactly what this role involves:

New Client Setup — When a new client is confirmed you will create a new sub-account inside our GoHighLevel agency account for that specific client. Each client gets their own separate workspace. You will set up their review request automation including SMS and email sequences that automatically send to their customers after a visit asking them to leave a Google review. You will connect their Google Business Profile to GoHighLevel so we can monitor their reviews in real time. You will set up their reporting dashboard showing review count, star rating progress, and automation activity. You will test everything before confirming it is live. Target turnaround is 24 to 48 hours per new client setup.

Ongoing Monthly Management — Once a client is live you will monitor their GoHighLevel account daily. You will respond professionally to any new Google reviews that come in within 24 hours. You will ensure all automations are running correctly and flag any issues immediately. On the first of each month you will pull a report for each active client showing new reviews received, current star rating, number of review requests sent, and response rate. You will send those reports to me so I can forward them to clients.

White Label Setup — You will help set up our GoHighLevel account with our agency branding so clients see our agency name and logo rather than GoHighLevel when they log into their dashboard.

Quality Control — Before any client account goes live you will run a full test of the automation sequence. You will confirm review request messages are sending correctly, Google Business Profile is connected, and the reporting dashboard is pulling accurate data.

Communication — You will send me a brief update when each new client setup is complete. You will flag any technical issues immediately rather than waiting. You will keep a simple log of all active client accounts and their current status.

What I am looking for:
Hands on experience building inside GoHighLevel specifically — not just familiarity with the platform
Proven experience setting up GoHighLevel sub-accounts for multiple clients
Experience building SMS and email automation workflows inside GoHighLevel
Experience connecting Google Business Profiles inside GoHighLevel
Experience with GoHighLevel reputation management features specifically
Ability to work independently without step by step supervision
Strong attention to detail — errors in client setups affect real businesses
Reliable and responsive communication
Experience working with US based clients or agencies is a strong plus

This starts as a 5 day paid trial. During the trial I will ask you to demonstrate your GoHighLevel skills by setting up a sample client sub-account, building a review request automation workflow, and walking me through what you built either via a short screen recording or written explanation. This tells me immediately whether you have real hands on experience or just surface level knowledge of the platform.
After the trial this becomes an ongoing part time role with consistent weekly pay every Friday. As we grow and sign more clients your hours will increase accordingly.
