Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Manage scheduling, professional correspondence, and daily administrative tasks via WhatsApp and
Business Development & Sales: Conduct outreach and manage lead generation for specialized certification services across various African markets.
Content & Communication: Utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools to draft professional documents, polish communications, and create reports.
Database Management: Maintain organized records of clients, partners, and project milestones.
Strategic Follow-ups: Ensure no lead or task falls through the cracks by maintaining a rigorous follow-up system.
Required Qualifications
Exceptional English Skills: Mastery of written and spoken English is non-negotiable. You must be able to draft professional, nuanced correspondence.
AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using ChatGPT (or similar LLMs) to streamline workflows and enhance output quality.
Technical Setup: You must own a reliable laptop and have a high-speed, stable internet connection with a backup power solution.
Communication Tools: Expert-level proficiency with WhatsApp for business coordination and standard office software.
