WordPress + GHL + Cold Outreach + General Admin VA (Part-Time, Long-Term)

About Us:

We run a fast-growing marketing agency helping local service businesses generate leads through Google, reviews, and automation.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA who can handle website updates, CRM work in GHL, and assist with cold outreach and general admin work.

Responsibilities:

WordPress
Make basic edits to websites (pages, text, images)
Update landing pages
Ensure sites are clean and functional

GoHighLevel (GHL)
Create and manage contacts
Build basic workflows and automations
Send SMS/email campaigns
Update pipelines

Cold Outreach
Cold Calling
Send cold emails / SMS / messages (scripts provided)
Manage lead lists
Track responses and update CRM


Requirements:
Experience with WordPress
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) (or similar CRM)
Basic understanding of cold outreach
Strong attention to detail
Fluent Spoken and Written English
Reliable internet and communication

Part-time (15hours/week)
$3.75hour (45 day trial $4 after)
(11:00 PM – 2:00 AM Manila time) to start.
