About Us

Close Pro Academy is a UK-based sales mentorship programme that helps people break into remote high-ticket closing. We've helped hundreds of people leave corporate jobs, learn high-level sales skills, and build careers as remote sales professionals — many earning £10-20K+ per month. The business is growing fast and we need support managing our Instagram DM pipeline.

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to handle outbound Instagram DM outreach and follow-ups. This is NOT a sales role — you will not be qualifying leads, pitching, or booking calls. Your job is simple: start conversations with the right people using pre-written scripts, follow up when they don't reply, and log everything.

Specifically you'll be:

— Sending outbound DMs to new followers, people who like our posts, and people who view our stories (using scripts we provide)
— Following up on previous messages that haven't received a reply (maximum 2 follow-ups per person)
— Sending call reminders to people who have booked calls with our team
— Logging every conversation in a Google Sheet tracker
— Checking profiles before messaging to make sure they're a good fit

When someone replies to your message, our AI system picks up the conversation from there. You don't need to handle any back-and-forth qualification — just open the door.

What We're Looking For

— Reliable and consistent. You show up every day and hit your targets.
— Attention to detail. You follow the scripts accurately and log everything properly.
— Good written English. Messages need to sound natural, not robotic.
— Comfortable using Instagram on desktop or mobile.
— Experience with Google Sheets.
— Previous experience in DM outreach, lead generation, or virtual assistant roles is a plus but not essential — we'll train you.

Hours and Pay

— 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
— Flexible on which hours as long as the daily tasks are completed
— $4-5/hour USD depending on experience
— Paid weekly or fortnightly (your preference)
