B2B Appointment Setter — Cold Calling US Small Businesses (Evening PH Hours)

Clear Local Edge is a US-based digital marketing agency helping small service businesses in Florida get more customers through Google. We need an appointment setter to call prospects from our pre-qualified lead list, follow our scripts, and book discovery calls on our calendar.

THE JOB:
- Call 30-40 small business owners per day from our provided lead list
- Follow our proven sales scripts (you will NOT need to "sell" — just qualify + book)
- Book interested prospects on Cal.com for a 30-min strategy call with our team
- Log every call outcome in a shared tracking sheet with notes and status
- Light email nurture via Instantly (reply handling, simple follow-ups)
- Eventually manage client accounts in our white-label marketing platform (training provided)

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Clear, neutral English — US business owners must understand you on the first try
- Confident phone presence (script provided, but you must sound natural, not robotic)
- Prior B2B cold calling or appointment setting experience (required)
- Comfortable being told "no" 20+ times a day and still picking up the phone
- Familiar with Google Workspace and basic spreadsheet work (we will train on the rest)

HOURS:
- 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM Manila time (= 9 AM to 2 PM US Eastern — Florida business hours)
- Start at 20 hours/week, ramping to 40 hours/week within 4-6 weeks based on performance
- Monday through Friday

COMPENSATION:
- $6/hour USD base, paid weekly via your preferred method
- Performance bonus: $15 per qualified appointment that shows up
- Raises after 30 days based on booking rate and call quality

SCREENING:
- Please record a 60-second voice sample introducing yourself AND leaving a sample voicemail as if you were calling a US plumber offering a free Google Business Profile audit (we will provide the one-line pitch if you reply).
- Must be available for a 15-minute live video interview before we hire.
