Client Experience VA (Credit Repair + Tax Business) | Long-Term Role

We are looking for a high-level Client Experience Virtual Assistant to become the right hand of a growing credit repair and tax business.

This is NOT your typical VA role — you will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they are supported, updated, and smoothly guided through every step of the process.

If you are organized, proactive, and confident in communication, this role is for you.

About the Role:
- You will be responsible for managing client communication, follow-ups, and overall client experience for both credit repair and tax services.
- You will play a key role in making sure no client falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities
- Respond to new client inquiries (credit + tax)
- Send payment links and onboarding instructions
- Follow up with leads and active clients consistently
- Provide updates on credit repair progress
- Coordinate with the internal credit team for status updates
- Manage messages (email, SMS, business line)
- Track all clients and ensure smooth workflow
- Assist tax clients with document collection and follow-ups
- Support basic tax return input (training provided)

Requirements:
- Strong English communication (written & verbal)
- Confident, professional, and client-focused
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Fast responder and reliable
- Able to follow systems but also think independently
- Basic knowledge of credit repair OR willing to learn quickly
- Open to learning tax-related tasks
