Cold Caller and Account Manager (Hourly + Bonus)

Job Overview:

Archie’s Hot Dog Island is hiring a cold caller to make outbound calls to local businesses, have brief conversations with decision makers about our beverage services, and acquire new accounts. This is a long term, part time position, expected to maintain relationships with acquired accounts to encourage repeat orders.


Responsibilities:

- Call leads provided and follow the provided script toward securing orders
- Follow up with leads via phone and email to increase conversion rates
- Keep track of the status of leads in software provided
- Learn the business quickly so you can confidently speak to prospects and perform at a high level
- Maintain relationships with company contacts to keep service orders coming in

Requirements:

- Strong communication and sales skills
- 2+ years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, sales, or marketing
- Proven track record of success setting appointments
- Ability to understand and articulate value proposition for the businesses
- Stable, reliable internet connection is required
- Advanced fluency in English is required
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Availability to work Mon through Fri between 9 am and 5 pm Central Time (CST)

Compensation:

- $4 per hour + $25 per new account that places an initial order
- Additional bonuses may be offered for recurring orders
