Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Design
· Ensure branding consistency across all platforms working within clearly established Brand ID guidelines
· Maintain and update our website and social media channels (LinkedIn, Wordpress)
· Design, artwork and manage promotional content including brochures, flyers, posters, e-newsletters, and product campaigns
· Coordinate conference and event marketing materials (posters, signage, giveaways, publications)
· Monitor and report on engagement, SEO, and digital campaign effectiveness
Sales Enablement
· Varied responsivities depending on the companies needs
· Working closely with the Managing Director and allocated Technical Specialists
· Data compilation, Calendar Maintenance, CRM follow-up, Reminders, Hosted Catalogue Maintenance

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
· Experience in digital marketing, communications (2+ years preferred)
· Experience in B2B marketing
· Mid-weight graphic designer (Adobe)
· Experience with digital marketing tools like and social media platforms & e-newsletter platforms
· Organise, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks
· A confident communicator, both written and verbal – Fluent English
· Must be able to work independently and proactively in a small team environment

Bonus skills (hugely advantageous):
· An understanding or back-ground of diagnostics / life-science.
