Social Media Manager

Viva Vacations is seeking a Social Media Manager to handle our daily social media operations and help grow our online presence. This role involves creating engaging content, interacting with potential customers, and managing communication across platforms.

Responsibilities include:

Creating and scheduling posts for Instagram and Facebook
Responding to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner
Engaging with followers to build a strong online community
Setting appointments with interested customers
Assisting with promotions, travel packages, and marketing campaigns
Monitoring performance and suggesting improvements

The ideal candidate is creative, responsive, and comfortable communicating with customers online. Experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.
