This is NOT a plumber role.
This is NOT a dispatcher or scheduler role.
This is NOT a customer service position.
This is a 100% SALES HUNTING position — Plumbing Services for the Construction Industry.
———
WHAT THIS ROLE IS:
Your one and only mission — find new construction projects and close contracts for plumbing services.
You will be targeting builders, general contractors, and developers who need a reliable plumbing subcontractor for their new construction or renovation projects. Your job is to get in front of the right decision-makers, build relationships, and bring in signed contracts.
You find the projects. You get to the decision-makers. You negotiate. You close.
No warm leads. No inbound. No hand-holding.
———
YOUR TARGET CLIENTS:
???? General contractors managing new residential or commercial construction
????? Property developers with large-scale or multi-unit projects
???? Custom home builders looking for a trusted plumbing subcontractor
???? Commercial developers — office buildings, retail spaces, hotels, warehouses
????? Renovation & remodeling contractors needing plumbing work
———
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
? A true sales HUNTER — you generate your own leads and close deals independently
? Experience in B2B sales within construction, trades, or subcontracting — strong advantage
? Understands how the construction industry works — who makes decisions, how projects are bid, how subcontractors are selected
? Knows how to build relationships with GCs and developers — not just make cold calls
? 100% self-driven — no supervision needed, no excuses made
? Commission-motivated — your income = your closed deals, no ceiling
? Fluent English, minimal or no accent — mandatory, non-negotiable
———
WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY:
? If you have no experience in B2B or construction-related sales
? If you need leads handed to you
? If you prefer managing existing accounts over hunting new ones
? If you expect a fixed salary regardless of performance
? If you are not comfortable negotiating contracts with GCs and developers
? If English is not fully fluent
———
THE OPPORTUNITY:
The construction industry runs on relationships and trust. A great sales hunter who understands how to position a plumbing subcontractor to the right GCs and developers can build a massive, recurring book of business — project after project, contract after contract.
This is not a one-time sale. This is long-term contract territory.
If you read this and thought “I know exactly how to do this” — apply now.
If you had any doubts — this role is not for you.
