Experienced Cold Caller / Telemarketer (US Campaign – Live Transfers)

We are hiring experienced outbound callers to work on a US-based campaign related to final expense / life insurance inquiries, where your role is to connect interested individuals with a licensed agent

This is a performance-based role where you will be calling leads, speaking with prospects, and transferring interested individuals to a licensed agent.

Your Responsibilities:

- Call leads using our dialer system (predictive dialer)
- Follow a simple script to engage and qualify prospects
- Build quick rapport and keep the prospect on the line
- Transfer interested prospects to a licensed agent
- Maintain a professional and positive tone on every call

Requirements:

- Strong English speaking skills (neutral or American accent preferred)
- Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or call center work
- Comfortable handling objections and speaking with US customers
- Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
- Ability to work US hours (EST)

Compensation:

- Base hourly pay + performance bonus per successful transfer

IMPORTANT:
This is a high-volume calling role. You must be comfortable speaking on the phone for long periods of time and following instructions closely.
