JOB OVERVIEW

This is NOT a typical VA role. You will be responsible for:
Cold calling local businesses
Pitching a simple, high-converting offer
Closing deals on the same call
Sending payment links and confirming onboarding
Managing your pipeline inside GoHighLevel (GHL)

(Bonuses will be compensated upon hit KPI goals and closed sales)

Daily Responsibilities:
Make 200–300 outbound dials/day
Have 40–60 real conversations/day
Close 1–3 deals/day
Follow up with leads (multi-touch)
Send payment links and confirm onboarding
Update all activity in GoHighLevel CRM



KPIs (You Must Be Comfortable Hitting These):
200+ dials/day
20%+ contact rate
10%+ close rate on conversations
Consistent deal flow and pipeline updates



Requirements:
Proven cold calling AND closing experience
Fluent English (clear, confident speaking)
Strong objection handling skills
Experience with GoHighLevel (or similar CRM + dialer)
Reliable internet and quiet calling environment
Self-motivated and results-driven
