We are a digital marketing agency (Milestone) that runs paid advertising campaigns for luxury real estate agencies and brokers. Our campaigns generate inbound leads from people already interested in properties — your job is to contact them, qualify them, and book property showings.
What you will do:
- Contact inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone, or
- Understand their needs, budget, and timeline
- Qualify them based on clear criteria we provide
- Coordinate and confirm property showing appointments between the lead, the agent, and the property owner
- Follow up before showings to reduce no-shows
- Log every interaction in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
What we're looking for:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience in appointment setting, sales, or real estate (any market)
- Comfortable with CRMs — GoHighLevel is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and professional setup
- Available during business hours (Buenos Aires time, UTC-3)
- Honest, proactive, and responsive communicator
Compensation:
Hourly base rate (to be discussed) + 20% of Milestone's fee on every deal that closes from a showing you booked.
