JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our remote team as a Clinical Intake Specialist. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely patient intake processes, supporting clinical coordination, and maintaining high-quality documentation standards for U.S.-based healthcare operations.

You are responsible for overseeing patient intake workflows, reviewing clinical documentation, and coordinating care-related requirements with internal teams and external healthcare providers in California. You will play a key role in ensuring that all patient information is complete, accurate, and properly communicated to support hospice and home health operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee end-to-end clinical intake operations and patient assessment workflows
- Review, verify, and analyze medical charts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Coordinate closely with internal tea ---------- mbers (e.g., Camillo) regarding patient intake requirements and updates
- Communicate effectively with U.S.-based physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals
- Support hospice, home health, and clinical case coordination processes
- Ensure timely documentation, updates, and escalation of clinical concerns when necessary
- Assist in improving intake workflows, efficiency, and overall quality standards
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in handling patient health information (PHI)

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred
- NCLEX passer is an advantage but not required
- Must have prior experience in Home Health (HH) and/or Hospice care
- Experience in clinical intake, case management, or healthcare virtual assistant roles is highly preferred
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) for coordination with U.S. healthcare teams
- Strong attention to detail, especially in reviewing and validating medical charts
- Ability to work independently in a remote/WFH setup

Technical Requirements
- Stable Internet Connection: Minimum of 100 Mbps (wired connection preferred)
- Backup Internet: Secondary internet source (e.g., pocket WiFi or backup ISP)
- Backup Power Supply: UPS or generator to ensure continuity during power interruptions
- Noise-Canceling Headset
- Quiet and professional home working environment
- Laptop/desktop capable of handling multitasking and secure clinical systems
