Growth & Outreach Specialist (Email, LinkedIn & Content)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a technical and creative Virtual Assistant to manage our in-house outreach engine and social media presence for The Print Company. You will be responsible for managing a 30-domain cold email system, running LinkedIn automation, and creating high-quality static brand assets for our e-commerce launch and corporate services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Email Infrastructure (30 Domains):
- Connect 30 domains (Porkbun) to Mailpool/Mailforge and ensure 100% valid SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Manage 60-90 inboxes in Instantly.ai, maintaining automated warm-ups and daily sending limits (25-30/day).
- Monitor Google Postmaster Tools daily to ensure high domain reputation.

2. Omnichannel Outreach (LinkedIn + Email):
- Manage LinkedIn automation via HeyReach, ensuring account safety using Dedicated Residential Proxies.
- Build sequences that pivot from LinkedIn to Email if requests are ignored.
- Scrape and clean lead lists from ---------- and Sales Navigator, verifying all data via NeverBounce.

3. Content & Graphic Creation:
- Design high-quality static images in Canva for Instagram (e-commerce/lifestyle) and LinkedIn (B2B/Corporate).
- Use AI tools (like Pebblely/Photoroom) to create professional product staging for our print products.
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic (fonts/colors) across all platforms.

4. Operations & Reporting:
- Manage the Master Inbox in Instantly/HeyReach to triage leads.
- Push "Interested" leads to our CRM and provide weekly reports on campaign health.

Technical Requirements:

- Tools: Instantly.ai, HeyReach, Apollo, Canva, Porkbun/DNS Management.
- Skills: Deep understanding of email deliverability, LinkedIn safety limits, and basic graphic design.
- Experience: Must have managed at least 15+ domains simultaneously in the past.
