Client Success Manager

Overview
We are looking for a Client Success Manager who will take full ownership of the client journey—from onboarding through long-term relationship management. This role goes beyond initial setup, ensuring clients continue to receive value, support, and consistent follow-through throughout their engagement with the company.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Client Ownership
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from onboarding through the entire lifecycle
Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure a consistently high level of client satisfaction
Client Onboarding
Lead and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and successful start
Align client expectations, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams
Ongoing Client Management
Proactively check in with clients after onboarding to ensure continued success
Monitor client health, engagement, and satisfaction over time
Anticipate needs and provide solutions before issues arise
Contracts & Renewals
Manage contracts, renewals, and any amendments
Track key dates and ensure timely follow-ups for extensions or changes
Payments & Billing
Oversee invoicing and ensure timely client payments
Follow up on outstanding balances and coordinate with finance as needed
Follow-up & Issue Resolution
Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups with clients
Address concerns quickly and coordinate internal teams for resolution
Process & Experience Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve client experience across all stages
Help build scalable systems for long-term client success

Qualifications
Experience in client success, account management, or customer relationship roles
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for client outcomes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Experience handling contracts, billing, or client operations is a plus
