Affiliate Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Voax Media is a performance network serving the US pay-per-call and lead generation market. We connect advertisers and publishers across Insurance, Home Services, and Financial Services, with full campaign visibility on both sides of the transaction.

We are early. We are intentional about who we bring in. This is our first publisher facing hire, and we need someone who has actually done this work, not someone who is figuring it out alongside us.

If you have real experience managing publisher and affiliate relationships in pay-per-call or performance marketing, and you want to be a foundational part of building something from the ground up, this is the role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Recruit and onboard publishers and call centers sending inbound call traffic in Insurance, Home Services, and Financial Services
- Manage day-to-day publisher relationships: payout negotiations, performance reviews, traffic quality conversations
- Monitor publisher performance using our call tracking platform and flag traffic quality issues before they become billing disputes
- Identify new publisher sources and expand our supply across active verticals
- Work directly with the CEO to align publisher supply with active advertiser demand
- Own publisher communication: onboarding, updates, campaign changes, and escalations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Direct experience at a performance network, pay-per-call network, or affiliate network, not general digital marketing
- Hands-on publisher or affiliate account management, not just campaign operations
- Familiarity with inbound call or live transfer campaigns and how they are structured and priced
- Experience working with US-based publishers or traffic partners
- Working knowledge of Trackdrive or a comparable call tracking platform
- Clear, direct communicator — able to manage relationships, resolve disputes, and hold publishers accountable without burning them
- Available to work hours that overlap with US business hours
