Homeowner Solutions NY (HSNY) is expanding and seeking high-performing Outreach Specialists who are motivated by results, personal growth, and meaningful work. This role is ideal for individuals with a sales mindset who want to earn well while making a real difference in homeowners’ lives.

As an Outreach Specialist, you will be the first voice homeowners hear when seeking clarity around foreclosure or property distress. Your ability to build rapport, ask the right questions, and guide conversations will directly impact both client outcomes and your earning potential.

This is a consultative/appointment setting role—focused on delivering relevant information, trust, and opportunity, not pressure.

Scope of work
- Make outbound calls/texts to homeowner and inbound leads.
- Verify property ownership, occupancy status and motivation level
- Ask structured questions to understand: mortgage status/hardship, timeline urgency, property condition, decision makers involved.
- Introduce the company's services and solutions clearly and professionally
- Tag and categorize leads in CRM based on quality
- Enter detailed notes after every call, update lead stages and contact information.
