We are a well-established, high-end custom home builder with over 30 years’ experience, specialising in architecturally designed waterfront and canal homes across Northland.
Our work is premium. Our clients are discerning. And our marketing needs to reflect that.
We are looking for a skilled, proactive Social Media Manager to take ownership of our online presence and help generate genuine, high-quality enquiries.
This is a long-term, part-time role for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and take pride in building a premium brand.
Hours & Pay
• 15–20 hours per week
• Flexible (overlap with NZ business hours preferred)
• $10–$15 NZD/hour (based on experience and results)
Your Role
• Manage and grow our Instagram and
• Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content using our professional photos and videos
• Write captions that position us as the premium waterfront home experts
• Promote our new waterfront show home and key projects to generate enquiries
• Support and improve our Google presence (local SEO, keywords, Google Business profile, reviews)
• Help improve our visibility for high-end home building searches in Northland
• Track performance weekly and suggest improvements that drive real leads—not just likes
How We Work
We operate on an 80/20 ownership model:
• We provide strategy, direction, brand assets, and approvals
• You take ownership of execution, ideas, and day-to-day management
We are not looking for someone who just follows instructions.
We want someone who thinks, improves, and takes initiative.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts (links required)
• Strong copy writing and content creation skills
• Excellent eye for premium branding and visual storytelling
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Working knowledge of SEO and Google tools (especially for local businesses)
• Reliable, organised, and proactive communicator
Bonus (Not Required)
• Experience in real estate, construction, architecture, or luxury brands
• Video editing / Reels experience
• Event or launch promotion experience

You will be asked to promote our new waterfront show home as if you were already part of the team.
