JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing digital marketing agency looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team full-time. You'll be managing organic social media and editing high-converting Meta ad creatives across multiple client accounts — so a strong eye for content, good instincts for what performs, and the ability to juggle multiple clients are all essential.
What You'll Be Doing

Managing and scheduling organic content across Facebook and Instagram for multiple clients
Creating and editing high-converting video and image creatives for Meta ad campaigns
Writing engaging captions and copy tailored to each client's brand and audience
Monitoring content performance and making data-driven improvements
Staying on top of trends across Facebook and Instagram and applying them where relevant
Using AI tools (including Claude) to speed up content creation, ideation, and reporting

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram accounts, ideally for an agency
Strong video and image editing skills — you should be able to produce scroll-stopping Meta ad creatives
Understanding of what makes a Meta ad convert, not just look good
Actively uses AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to work faster and smarter
Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone and style across different brands
Highly organised and able to manage content calendars across multiple clients simultaneously
Self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't need constant direction

Tools You Should Know
Meta Business Suite | Facebook Ads Manager | CapCut or Premiere Pro | Canva | Claude | ChatGPT / Gemini | Notion or similar
Setup Requirements

Reliable internet connection (at least 20 Mbps)
Own computer/laptop
Available between 6am–2pm UK time (some flexibility available for the right candidate)

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, 40 hours/week
$8/hour
Long-term role with room to grow
