We’re a growing natural food brand looking for a part-time designer to support marketing and sales materials.
This role is focused on creating clean, effective, and on-brand visuals across retail media, digital ads, and internal decks and materials.
You will work closely with the marketing lead and help bring ideas to life quickly and clearly.
What You’ll Do
1. Create and update sell sheets and pitch decks for retail partners
2. Design amazon / instacart ads
3. Adapt and improve existing designs (make them cleaner and more effective)
4. Maintain consistency across all brand visuals
5. Organize design files and templates
What We’re Looking For
1. Strong graphic design skills (portfolio required)
2. Clean, modern design style (not cluttered or overly templated)
3. Ability to simplify information visually (very important)
4. Fast and reliable execution
5. Good written and spoken English
Bonus:
Experience with food or CPG brands
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or Figma
Experience creating sales or retail materials
Role Details

Trial Task (Required for Consideration)
This is a short task to evaluate design thinking. Strong candidates typically complete this in 15-20 minutes.
We are not looking for perfection—we are looking for clarity and taste.
Task:
Create a one-page product overview for PACHA English Muffins that could be shared with a retail buyer (for example, someone at a grocery store like Whole Foods).
This is a simple, clean document that:
Explains what the product is
Highlights key benefits
Makes the product easy to understand quickly
Think of it as something a brand would use to present a product to someone choosing products for a grocery store.
