About the Role:
We're a US-based real estate lead generation company looking for an experienced cold caller to contact homeowners and identify motivated sellers with equity. You'll be calling property owners from skip-traced lists, following a proven script, qualifying leads based on seller motivation and property equity, and delivering qualified leads with detailed notes.
What You'll Be Doing:
Cold calling homeowners from provided lists using dialer software
Following and adapting scripts for different seller situations (pre-foreclosure, absentee owner, probate, tax lien, vacant property)
Qualifying leads based on motivation level, equity position, property condition, and timeline to sell
Recording detailed notes on every qualified lead including property details, asking price expectations, and motivation level
Delivering qualified leads with call recordings in real time
Requirements:
Prior experience cold calling US homeowners for real estate investors or wholesalers (this is non-negotiable)
Familiarity with dialers (BatchDialer, Mojo, ReadyMode, or similar)
Clear, professional English with a neutral accent
Comfortable handling objections and rejection
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Available during US business hours (flexible on which hours)
Preferred but Not Required:
Spanish language ability
Familiarity with real estate wholesaling terminology (ARV, equity, assignment, double close)
