DM Appointment Setter

Genflow is the world's leading creator and business building agency. We work with some of the world's most influential creators to build, launch, scale, and monetise their brands across physical products, digital courses, communities, and high-ticket programmes. We're growing fast and this role sits at the front line of that growth.
We're looking for a sharp, personable DM Appointment Setter to own Instagram conversations across Genflow and our creator brand portfolio including Creator College and Shan's channels, converting leads into booked sales calls and driving product sales through authentic, high-quality engagement.

The Role:
You'll manage DMs across multiple Instagram accounts within the Genflow ecosystem, starting real conversations, building rapport, and moving prospects toward either a booked sales call or a direct purchase. This isn't copy-paste messaging. It's consultative, on-brand communication that reflects each creator's voice and converts across a range of offers from digital courses and communities to high-ticket coaching and brand programmes.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing Instagram DMs daily across Genflow, Creator College, Shan's accounts, and other creator brand profiles within the portfolio
- Opening and progressing conversations in a natural, brand-aligned way that reflects each account's tone and audience
- Selling Genflow products directly through DM conversations, including digital courses, programmes, and community memberships
- Qualifying leads and booking them into the sales team's calendar for high-ticket calls, where closers will take over
- Following up consistently with warm leads to maximise conversions and show-up rates
- Maintaining accurate tracking across leads, sales, bookings, and conversions
- Sharing insights with the sales team to sharpen messaging and improve results across all accounts

What We're Looking For:
- Excellent written communication - clear, confident, and human
- Comfortable navigating both direct sales and appointment-setting conversations
- Solid understanding of Instagram culture, DMs, and creator-space dynamics
- Able to handle objections calmly and keep conversations moving toward a close
- Self-motivated, reliable, and consistent with follow-through
- Able to adapt tone and voice across multiple brand accounts
- Receptive to coaching and committed to continuous improvement

Nice to Have:
- Prior experience as a DM setter, sales rep, or VA
- Exposure to high-ticket offers, digital products, or creator and education brands
- Familiarity with lead qualification frameworks or sales funnels
- Experience managing multiple social accounts simultaneously
