Role Overview
This is a full-time, voice-heavy position where you will
- Answer inbound calls from U.S. homeowners with questions about roofing, siding, windows, or doors.
- Qualify prospects by uncovering needs, timeline, and budget — and record clear details.
- Schedule sales appointments for our in-home estimators and confirm attendance.
- Follow up with past inquiries and re-engage old leads to generate new opportunities.
- Maintain detailed, accurate notes in our CRM after every call.
- Represent Integrity Home Exteriors with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of phone-based customer service, sales, or appointment setting with U.S. customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call/appointment goals.
- Experience taking inbound and making outbound calls.
- Tech-savvy with CRMs, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
- High-speed internet (min 50 Mbps) and a quiet, professional home office.
(We are hoping to hire a seasoned call center professional who can speak with U.S. homeowners in a professional, confident, and friendly manner. We ideally are looking for someone who can confidently speak proper English.)
Compensation & Perks
- PHP 60,000–72,000/month based on experience. (paid weekly via direct deposit)

12pm EDT- 8pm EDT / Tuesday - Saturday
9am EDT- 6pm EDT / Monday - Friday
