Job Title: Real Estate Cold Caller (Start ASAP)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Cold Caller ready to start immediately. You must have a clear, American-style accent, know how to handle seller objections smoothly, and provide your own dialer with a local 954 caller ID.

Strict Requirements:

Experience: Real estate cold calling experience is mandatory. You must be comfortable bypassing knee-jerk rejections and pivoting into the pitch.

Mandatory Tech: You MUST provide your own multi-line dialer and it must be set up to dial out using a local 954 area code.

Communication: Must have a fluent, clear, American-style accent.

Availability: Ready to start ASAP.

Hours & Compensation:

Schedule: 2 hours per day, Monday through Friday 6-7:45pm EST SATURDAY - 11-1 PM

Pay: $4.00 per hour + performance bonuses for qualified leads/appointments.
