JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview

Phoenix Performance Solutions is looking for a creative, reliable, and tech-savvy Creative & Website Assistant to help support our growing brand across sports, supplements, apparel, events, and marketing. This person will play an important role in helping us create strong visuals, maintain and improve website content, and use modern tools, including AI, to work faster and smarter.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is naturally creative, enjoys design and digital tools, can follow brand direction well, and wants to grow with a company over time. We are not just looking for someone to complete random tasks. We want someone who can help us consistently make Phoenix look more professional, more engaging, and more organized across our marketing and web presence.

This role is best suited for someone who is strong in visual creativity first, but also comfortable helping with basic website work and AI-supported content creation.

Main Role Focus

This role is primarily focused on the following areas:

1. Creative Design Support

The main responsibility of this role is creating graphics and visual materials that help Phoenix market its products, services, leagues, tournaments, and promotions more effectively. This includes:

Flyers
Promotional graphics
Social media visuals
Product images
Website banners
Event graphics
Sales graphics
Simple branded marketing materials

The person in this role should be able to take an idea, message, or rough direction and turn it into a polished visual that looks clean, professional, and engaging.

2. Website Content & Visual Updates

This role will also support the website by helping update content and visuals inside WordPress and Elementor. This may include:

Updating landing pages
Swapping images
Adding banners or graphics
Updating product page visuals
Making simple layout adjustments
Uploading new promotional sections
Helping keep pages visually consistent and current

This is not intended to be a heavy coding or advanced developer role. It is more about maintaining and improving the website from a creative and content standpoint.

3. AI-Assisted Creative and Workflow Support

We want someone who is comfortable learning and using AI tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency. This may include:

Using AI to brainstorm creative ideas
Assisting with basic copy drafts
Creating or refining image concepts
Generating variations of ads or promotional ideas
Using AI tools to improve workflow and productivity

We are especially interested in someone who is curious, adaptable, and open to using modern tools to get better results faster.

Detailed Responsibilities

The Creative & Website Assistant may be responsible for tasks such as:

Designing digital flyers for leagues, events, product offers, and promotions
Creating graphics for social media posts, stories, ads, and announcements
Designing banners and promotional images for the Phoenix website
Helping create product visuals for supplements, apparel, or team gear
Updating website pages using WordPress and Elementor
Uploading and formatting graphics and content on the website
Creating visual templates that can be reused for future promotions
Resizing designs for different platforms and uses
Assisting with sponsor graphics, information sheets, and simple branded materials
Organizing brand assets, files, and design folders
Using AI tools to support design, creative ideation, and productivity
Helping Phoenix maintain a stronger and more consistent overall brand presence
What Success in This Role Looks Like

Success in this role is not just about making nice-looking graphics. It is about helping Phoenix become more consistent, more efficient, and more professional in how it presents itself.

A successful person in this role will:

In the First 30 Days
Learn the Phoenix brand, style, and priorities
Show they can follow instructions and complete tasks on time
Create clean, usable graphics with minimal hand-holding
Demonstrate basic confidence with WordPress and Elementor updates
Communicate clearly and respond reliably
Show willingness to learn and improve quickly
In the First 60 to 90 Days
Begin creating stronger graphics with less revision needed
Help improve the visual quality and consistency of Phoenix marketing materials
Become dependable for recurring design and website tasks
Start suggesting helpful creative ideas instead of only waiting for instructions
Use AI tools effectively to increase output and speed
Help reduce the amount of time the founder spends fixing graphics or basic website issues
Long-Term Success
Phoenix has a cleaner, more professional visual brand across its website and marketing
Promotions, flyers, and graphics are created faster and at a higher quality
Website pages stay current and visually appealing
The person becomes a trusted creative support asset to the company
They grow into taking more ownership of design and visual content over time

A great hire in this role will make it easier for Phoenix to market consistently without everything depending on the founder to create, revise, or manage every visual asset personally.
