JOB OVERVIEW

JOB OVERVIEW
LeadJuice is hiring a Patient Scheduler to convert inbound leads into booked appointments for our partner medical clinics. You will be contacting real people seeking treatment for pain — your job is to understand their situation, qualify them, and get them scheduled.

This is a high-output calling role with a clear benchmark: schedule at least 50% of your daily leads.

SCHEDULE
Full-time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET | 9 hours/day | 100% Remote

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Work an assigned lead list each day: calling, texting following up, and converting leads into scheduled appointments.

Log every interaction, status update, and disqualification reason in the CRM in real time.

Join weekly meetings with the team and Scheduling Manager to review numbers and trajectory for improvement.

Treat every lead as a real person seeking care — not just a number in a pipeline.

Track your own schedule rate throughout the day and adjust your approach to hit the 50?nchmark

Flag patterns early — unusual disqualification rates, low-converting lead sources, or geography/niche issues

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

Green: 50%+ of leads scheduled per day — performing at benchmark
Yellow: 40–50% — coaching triggered; performance improvement plan if sustained two weeks
Red: Below 40% — performance improvement plan initiated if sustained one week
