Automation Engineer (Operations & Admin Support)

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automation Engineer to support and improve our day-to-day operations. This role focuses on building automation, streamlining workflows, and supporting internal teams with technical and operational needs.
The ideal candidate combines strong programming skills with a practical understanding of business operations. They are organized, proactive, and comfortable working across both technical and administrative tasks.
Experience in logistics or operations environments is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
???? Programming & Automation
Develop, maintain, and optimize scripts, tools, and automation workflows
Identify repetitive processes and implement automation to improve efficiency
Integrate systems, APIs, and third-party tools
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement reliable solutions

???? Operations & Logistics Support (Nice to Have)
Support optimization of logistics and operational workflows through automation
Assist with structuring and managing data related to shipping, inventory, and operations
Contribute to improving operational efficiency using technology

???? Admin & Coordination
Communicate with internal teams and external partners on technical requirements
Support data entry, system updates, and documentation
Maintain clear and organized records of workflows and processes
Provide general administrative and operational support when needed

Required Skills
Strong programming skills in at least one of the following:
Python
JavaScript
PHP
SQL
API integrations
Experience building automation workflows and improving processes
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in logistics, shipping, or operations environments
Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
Experience working with CRM, ERP, or project management systems
Experience supporting business or administrative teams
