Google Review Outreach Specialist (Review for Review)

I’m hiring a fast, results-driven Outreach Specialist to help grow my Google reviews through business networking and “review for review” exchanges.

Your goal is to consistently generate a minimum of 5 completed Google reviews per hour (5–10 preferred) by connecting with other business owners in Facebook groups and online communities.

Responsibilities:
-Join and engage in active business and local Facebook groups
-Find and respond to “review for review” posts
-Message business owners and close review exchanges quickly
-Follow up to ensure reviews are completed
-Track outreach and completed reviews daily

Performance Targets:
-Minimum 5 completed reviews per hour
-Preferred 5–10 reviews per hour
-High daily consistency required

Requirements:
-Experience with Facebook group outreach or lead generation
-Strong communication and persuasion skills
-Fast response time and ability to handle high volume
-Organized and results-driven
-Familiar with Google reviews (preferred)
-Available to work from 11:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST, 6 days per week

-Already know where to find active review exchange groups
-Have scripts that convert well
-Can scale volume consistently
