We are hiring a remote appointment setter from the Philippines to help us respond to inbound recruiting leads, qualify candidates, and book interviews for a sales opportunity in the insurance industry.
This role is mainly chat-based and requires strong English, good judgment, and experience in appointment setting or sales support. You will be speaking with people who are interested in learning more about the opportunity, asking qualifying questions, handling basic objections, and moving the right people to the calendar.

Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally
Follow a script to qualify candidates
Book qualified interviews
Follow up with leads who do not book right away
Handle common questions professionally
Avoid wasting time on unqualified leads

Requirements:
Strong written and spoken English
Experience in appointment setting, lead qualification.
Comfortable working with U.S.-based leads
Effort in working in U.S day time hours
Organized, responsive, and professional
Able to follow scripts without sounding robotic
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Able to work with some overlap in U.S. hours

Preferred:
Experience with Instagram, Facebook, ManyChat, text follow-up, (Priority)
Experience with GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, or Slack (Not a priority)
Recruiting or insurance-related appointment setting experience (Not a priority)
