We are looking for someone who can source business owners and intermediary conversations, qualify whether sellers are serious, set appointments for the principal, and manage multiple live deals so they keep moving. This role touches owner outreach, banker / broker / CPA / attorney relationship coverage, CRM discipline, transaction tracking, diligence follow-up, and closing support.
Must have: practical experience in M&A, private equity, search funds, independent sponsors, or related deal environments; strong phone presence; ability to qualify sellers; and excellent follow-through.
