Direct Response Copywriter / Creative Strategist

What they own:
Every word CustomLove produces. Ad copy for both customer avatars, email copy working alongside the Landing Page Expert, landing page copy, product descriptions and the messaging framework that makes CustomLove feel emotionally distinct from every other jewelry brand. They work closely with the Creative Director on ad creative to ensure visuals and words tell one coherent emotional story.

Must haves:
Proven direct response copywriting experience — not content writing, not blogging, not social media captions. Direct response. They must understand how to write copy that moves people to action through emotion and desire. Experience writing for DTC or e-commerce brands strongly preferred. Understanding of customer avatars and desire-based messaging. Portfolio showing ad copy, email sequences and landing pages with documented conversion performance. Fluent English. Dutch or German as a second language is a significant bonus given our primary markets.
