We are looking for a high-level Lead Generation Specialist who knows how to use LinkedIn as a primary channel for sourcing, engaging, and converting high-quality prospects.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands how to turn conversations into qualified opportunities—consistently.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for generating a steady flow of qualified leads through LinkedIn by identifying the right people, starting meaningful conversations, and moving them into the next step of our sales process.
Your focus is not just activity—but results, quality, and conversion.
Core Responsibilities
-Source and identify ideal prospects on LinkedIn using advanced search strategies
-Initiate conversations through personalized outreach (no copy-paste spam)
-Build rapport and guide prospects toward a clear next step (call, funnel, or offer)
-Qualify leads based on fit, readiness, and alignment
-Manage and track conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline stages
-Continuously test and optimize messaging, targeting, and approach
-Collaborate with the team to align lead flow with offers and campaigns
Key Requirements
-Must be an expert in LinkedIn lead generation
-Proven ability to generate and convert leads through LinkedIn
-Strong understanding of outbound messaging, psychology, and conversation flow
-Experience using LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator, search filters, etc.)
-Ability to write natural, engaging, non-salesy messages
-Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
-Self-driven and results-oriented
Key Metrics / KPIs
-Qualified conversations started daily
-Response rates
-Booked calls or appointments
-Show-up rates
-Conversion rates from lead ? client/recruit
