JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing Assistant to help manage and optimize our digital marketing efforts across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and GoHighLevel (GHL).

This role is perfect for someone who understands both paid advertising and lead management, and can help turn leads into booked appointments and revenue.

Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads & Facebook/Instagram campaigns
Monitor performance (CPL, CTR, conversions) and suggest improvements
Create and test new ad creatives, copy, and audiences
Set up and manage campaigns inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
Build and maintain funnels, workflows, and automations
Track and report key marketing metrics weekly
Identify bottlenecks and suggest ways to improve lead quality and conversion

Requirements
Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads (Meta Ads)
Familiar with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms
Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion tracking
Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions
Good communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and proactive

Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience in healthcare or dental marketing
Experience with landing pages and funnels
Basic knowledge of copywriting for ads
Experience with Zapier, automation tools, or APIs
