Customer Service Agent

Requirements:

Must be able to work 48 hours per week (full-time)
Fluent in English
Basic experience in customer service
Experience using CRM tools is preferred
Prior experience supporting US-based customers is a strong advantage
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Details:

Remote position (work from home)
Monthly salary: ?20,000 during probation, increasing to ?22,500 after probation
Start date: ASAP after interview and selection
