JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and detail-driven Administrator to join our Head Office team at CRDN UK, part of a global restoration services network with Master Franchise operations.

This is a high-responsibility role suited for someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

You will take ownership of Restoration Claims Management, overseeing the full lifecycle—from allocation and administration to fulfilment, reporting, and closure. You will also play a key role in supporting Franchise operations, ensuring consistent standards and performance across territories.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can operate with accountability, precision, and strong organisational discipline.

Position Type:

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound calls and emails from the call centre and national accounts
• Allocate claims to appropriate territories and ensure timely processing
• Oversee the end-to-end claims management process (allocation, tracking, fulfilment, reporting, and closure)
• Coordinate daily with Production and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor Franchisee claims activity and provide performance tracking and reporting
• Maintain accurate documentation, including filing, archiving, and legal records
• Provide professional and timely responses to customer and stakeholder enquiries
• Support additional administrative and operational functions across the business

Required Experience:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Reliable, proactive, and process-driven

Preferred (Strong Advantage):
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or basic accounting principles
• Experience in restoration, insurance claims, or operations support
• Experience working with international or UK-based companies
