Meta Media Buyer / Facebook Ads Manager for Ecommerce

We are looking for a Meta Media Buyer to manage and scale our ecommerce brands.

Main focus is Facebook and Instagram ads for direct-response products in the German market.

What You’ll Do
• Launch new Meta campaigns
• Scale winning products
• Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
• Kill losing ads fast
• Duplicate and scale winners
• Test new offers and angles
• Work with our creative team for new ad ideas
• Help revive old winning products with retargeting
• Use AI tools like Claude for reporting and analysis

Requirements
• Strong Meta ads experience
• Must know ecommerce scaling
• Understand CBO and broad targeting
• Can read metrics and make fast decisions
• Good with reporting and daily optimization
• Experience with dropshipping is a plus
• Long-term mindset

Bonus

• Funnel understanding
• Can suggest offers and upsells
• Experience using AI tools for analysis
