We're building a health & wellness content brand that's 100% powered by AI-generated UGC-style videos — talking-head content, B-roll, product showcases — all made with AI, no real creators on camera.
If you already know what it means to generate a realistic AI person, animate them with natural lip-sync, hand gestures, and real emotion using tools like Veo, Kling, Runway, Pika, or HeyGen — keep reading. This role is for you.
You'll work directly with the founder producing short-form vertical videos (TikTok, Reels, Facebook) in the health/wellness/natural remedies niche. Think: scroll-stopping hooks, expressive AI characters, and cinematic B-roll — all generated, not filmed.
This is a long-term, ongoing role with consistent work for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing:

Generating realistic AI talking-head UGC videos from scripts (lip-sync, gestures, facial expressions)
Creating AI B-roll sequences that match specific moods, styles, and visual direction
Building and maintaining consistent AI characters/personas across multiple videos
Writing and refining prompts to get the highest quality output from AI video tools
Working smart with credits — maximizing quality while being efficient with generations
Keeping up with the latest AI video tools, updates, and techniques


You're a Perfect Fit If:

You've already made AI UGC-style videos — not just played with the tools, but actually produced content
You know the difference between a stiff AI generation and one that actually looks natural and alive
You've used Veo (Google Flow), Kling, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, D-ID, or similar tools
You understand short-form content — hooks, pacing, energy, what makes people stop scrolling
You're obsessed with detail — bad lip-sync, weird hands, uncanny valley stuff bothers you
You can work independently, take creative direction, and deliver without hand-holding
Bonus: you've created AI content in the health, wellness, or beauty niche
