Part time CS Specialists (Email Management)

We are now hiring part time E-commerce Customer Service Specialist.
(20-40 working hours per week Monday-Friday 9am-6pm with one hour break)

Customer Service Tasks: 

- Replying customer's emails promptly
- Replying ---------- through Facebook messenger

You must fit the following requirements for this role:

Friendly, polite and patient towards customers

Initiative to give ideas to improve as a team
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Positive Mindset
Communication is important for this role
Ability to work autonomously and listen to feedback

*Must have knowledge and experience with Zendesk and Shopify.

Previous Customer Service / BPO experience is a plus.
